Lady Cynthia Kelly is Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Destined For A Great Work, LLC, administrative consulting management services. She conducts workshops and seminars to empower people to live victorious lives and to have a catalyst effect universally. The workshops and seminars are structured for both corporate and the Global Church Body of Christ. Lady Kelly is a certified Empowerment Coach and Stress and Wellness Instructor by the Professional Woman Network, certified in Human Resource Management, and a licensed Evangelist-Missionary.
Among her many accomplishments, Lady Kelly is the host of Motivational Wisdom Podcast, an International Author and has authored a book, “From The Heart of God, Devotional Book,” holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Business Science in Management, from University of Phoenix, California. Candidate for Doctor of Business Administration. Lady Kelly's two greatest passions are serving God and her family. Lady Kelly is a member of the Professional Woman Network, member National Association of Professional Women, affiliated with the National Association of Female Executives, and member Society for Human Resource Management.
Lady Kelly’s knowledge of business and organizational leadership is supported through her vast experience working with corporations, judicial system, health care industry, non-profit, and charitable organizations. She has 16 1/2 years’ experience with the Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, in Administration, Continuity of Care, Continuum of Care, Performance Improvement Management, and Project Management. Lady Kelly has dedicated over 20 years in the advocacy for youth—young adult development, women conservation through social justice, health care initiatives, missions—evangelism work for community reunification and development. Lady Kelly has over 25 years’ experience in leadership within the community, corporations, and church body. In addition, her goal in the 21st century is to make an effective impact globally for communities, corporations, churches, world peace, and a greater world at large as the "Restorer of the Breach." Bridging the gap in disparities for human sustainability.
