#MotivationalWisdom Women's Impact Leadership - Seven Principles of Regaining Stamina To Survive

"A gracious woman retaineth honour: and strong men retain riches. Every wise woman buildeth her house: but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands.” (Proverbs 11:16, Proverbs 14:1, KJV)

Today, reflecting on Women's History Month, I would like to leave this deep thought, “Premise: We the Women must regain honor as builders in society.” Just reflect on this for a moment. Now, the definition of regain within the context means to: 1) Recover; 2) To take or get possession of something that was lost again; 3) To make a new. Stamina definition: 1) Is the physical or mental capacity to sustain a prolonged stressful effort or activity (long-term); and 2) Endurance. As we begin to reflect on the Seven Principles of Regaining Stamina to Survive, let us read these Scriptures. "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them." (Genesis 1:27). And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man." (Genesis 2:21-22).

Let's stop to digest

Women were created in the image of God, taking from the rib of man. That is human beings were created with a soul, spirit, and mind of choice and free will. Woman were made of distinction, authenticity, separated from man, but in companionship for man. We the Women were created to produce and multiply life. Let's talk matters of the heart.

Seven Principles of Regaining Stamina to Survive

  1. We must regain integrity, as such, to rebuild the vital identity of women, resonating impact in this world as from the beginning of creation to overcome and move forward.
  2. We must re-evaluate enlightenment of dignity, in self-awareness as women, to determine what was lost, to regain stamina, to overcome.
  3. We must recognize the prestige element, the necessity for women as a vital part of society, to regain stamina, to overcome and survive.
  4. We must regain stamina as builders with connectivity of helps by building each other, building our men, building our families, building our children, building our communities, and building our churches, to overcome and survive.
  5. We must regain graciousness with the right voice of change, the right demeanor, the right stand of justice, and the right touch of sensitivity, to penetrate the heart of people, thus, regaining the intellectual ability of women, therefore, regaining lasting stamina, to overcome and survive.
  6. We must visualize in truth, value within ourselves as a masterpiece created by God to bring change, acknowledge to let go, and transform that “IT” which keeps us bound emotionally, physically, and spiritually to regain stamina and sustainable impact in society, to overcome and survive.
  7. We must fight for magnificent value of life and quality of life, as nurturing women, to make an impact in society, regaining stamina, to overcome and survive.

We are Women, We are Women, We are Women! We the special, precious, breed of Women. We must not be replaced in society, stand as the truth of "Genuine Women." Not of imitations, an injectable strand of a woman, taking our place. We are Women! We the Women of a prominence, honor, and identity. We must no longer have an identity crisis of who we are amongst women. We are Women of stamina. We are Women of life. We are Women of resilience. We are Women made to nurture with love. We are Women of authenticity. We are Women of tenacity. We are Women, regaining stamina, effectively impacting generations across this world. We are WOMEN created with distinction. We are Women!
